When a Christmas present in 2008 turned into the most fulfilling and life giving career I could have ever imagined…
I’m 15 years in and still regularly have pinch me moments. I am so glad I switched my major in college and chased the dream.
It has been an amazing ride where I have had the opportunity to shoot over 300 weddings, and upwards of 2,000+ portrait sessions. I am incredibly passionate about documenting the true love between people and the innocent sweetness of children.
After 13 years in the wedding industry I decided to hang up my hat after a cancer diagnosis in 2022. It was a great run, and I miss it dearly, but I know focusing my efforts on photographing families is exactly what I am meant to be doing at this time. Having a young family of my own gives me an understanding of how precious and fleeting these moments are — and how important it is to freeze them whenever we can.
I am thrilled to be shooting families full time in 2026. I offer 30 minute sessions, 1-2 hours, and the occasional 20 minute mini session.
